Free Colour!

I love saving thing form going into the trash, especially glass!  This 40 lbs of glass  in the side picture may not look like much (looks more like a splatter painting by Jackson Pollock) however the random colour have become an inspiration for a new line of work using all recycle glass colour, called "Aurora" this new line contains functional object including vases and tumblers in a verity of shapes and sizes.

I'm very lucky to have a patient  mother that likes to help. Over 4 hours we sorted a little more than half of the original box... ❤ love you mom!

I will post pictures soon of  Aurora series!!!

Bloom was a Hit!

So when everything was said and done the Bloom Market was a Hit! I had a great time, met new makers and had my first show in the historic town of Fort Langley, the Community Hall was built in 1931, this beautiful neo-classical-style building made for an amazing space to display and sell my work, Loved It! I can't wait for the Bloom Christmas Market on November 20th.
